Caesar’s Windsor is reserving a block of deluxe rooms for The David Maxwell School 90th Anniversary Reunion, for those attendees who will plan to spend the weekend in Windsor. The reservation period for this offer is Friday, June 14 to Sunday, June 16, 2019. The room rate is $195.00 for single or double, plus applicable taxes and fees.
Rates are on per room, per night basis and are quoted in Canadian funds. Smoking rooms and accessible rooms are available on request. HST of 13% and Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT) of 4% will be charged in addition to the room rate.
The Cut-Off Date for reservation under this offer is May 17, 2019.
Individuals attending the Reunion events and wishing to stay at Caesar’s Windsor will make their reservations and payment arrangements directly with Caesar’s Windsor. The attendees must contact the Hotel’s Reservation Department at 1-800-991-888 on or before the Cut-Off Date of May 17, 2019. Attendees must identify themselves as being part of the Group (David Maxwell Alumni Reunion) and quote the group code SDA0614 in order to receive the negotiated rates.
Individual guests will be required to guarantee their reservations for arrival by use of a major credit card. The Hotel will accept cancellation of guest reservations up to 24 hours prior to arrival and all deposits taken for those rooms will be refunded.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Any departures after 11:00 a.m. are subject to the full day charge. Requests to retain room beyond 11:00 a.m. should be directed to the Hotel Manager on duty after the guest is registered. Should it be possible to extend a late check-out, a late departure charge may be applied.
All guests will be individually responsible for payment of their own room charges, applicable taxes and incidental charges at the time of check-out. A credit card for a Two Hundred ($200) pre-authorization deposit for each guest room reserved for incidental charges is required.
In addition to the above, hotel guests will have complimentary valet and self-parking, complimentary use of the health club, and complimentary internet service. The ten dollar ($10.00) Resort Amenity Fee (RAF) per room per day plus applicable tax and the five dollar ($5.00) Room Reservation Fee is waived.
The room rates offered are available three days prior and post the June 14 to 16 period.
